In spite of a dreadful day of weather yesterday in Prestwick, we had over 70 visitors plus their children come along to our Creative Gift Fayre, which took place in the Prestwick Parish South ‚  Church Hall, so a big thank you for braving the wind and rain.

Was dead chuffed with the overall festive look and brilliance to the decorated hall and stands, so I also would like to thank each and every one of our stallholders for making a fantastic effort with their display and quality of their products on sale.

I also couldn’t have pulled off the event on the day without my jolly red helpers, my sister and brother-in-law, who helped: set-up, offload stallholders cars, decorate, make coffees for the stallholders and clear away at the end of the day.

A couple of improvements to make for our next Creative Gift Fayre, which takes place on Saturday 11th February 2012 in the Prestwick Parish South ‚  Church Hall, which will include ‚  FREE entry plus the sale of raffle tickets for a prize draw!

So thank you everyone, for helping make it a special day for us!

I have 2 events next weekend, and the second is Wintertainment, the annual Christmas festival in Troon town.

Although this year for the first time I have actually helped organise various aspects of the day’s entertainment, I will also have a stall inside the Troon Old Parish Church on Ayr Street, selling my selection of party accessories.

My trusty helper Jane will be there too, as I will also be co-ordinating the afternoon’s performances and may even be Master of Ceremonies, if our helpful celebrity on the day prefers not to.

For anyone getting married, we will also have my Wedding Guide Countdowns on hand to take away free-of-charge.

My next show will be the Ayrshire Hospice Winter Fair which takes place at the Ayr Racecourse in the Ayrshire Suite on Saturday 19th November 2011, from 10am until 5pm.

I will have lots of festive treats and ‚  dining accessories for your Christmas parties on sale, including:

• our infamous favour boxes filled with goodies and treats for all the family, in place of crackers
• seasonal place card holders for each table setting, which can also be gifted as photo holders
• napkin rings & Christmas ‚  serviettes
• tealight candles including snowmen, santas, penguins, Christmas trees and gingerbread men
• festive and funky salt and pepper sets
