Getting Started at £125
If you want to plan your own wedding but really don’t know where to start or how much things cost, then we shall:
- Arrange a Getting Started consultation with you, lasting around 3 hours
- Take you step-by-step through the planning process and elements to consider
- Guide you on minimum and maximum budgets for each aspect of your wedding
- After your consultation, you will receive a personalised wedding guide including a timeline of suppliers to source & decisions to make plus a budget breakdown
Problem Solving Consultancy from £40
Planning your own wedding, but need a hand solving a particular issue, require guidance on the practicalities of a certain element of your day or help to complete submission of the legal paperwork for example, then we can offer you an hourly rate consultation service either in person or via video call.
Full Planning & Management from £795
We shall be available to you every day of the year in the lead up to your big day, offering our personal attention to:
- Guide you step-by-step
- Source & secure your suppliers
- Manage your budget
- Design a complementary decoration scheme
- Help with the submission of your legal paperwork
- Co-ordinate proceedings of your day
- Offer a personal welcome, looking after you & your guests
Our SWALLOW package – is for those who favour a more intimate occasion with up to 30 guests & requiring up to 6 suppliers to source
- £795 with a date in 2021
- £995 with a date in 2022 & 2023
Our CURLEW package – is for those who are planning up to 80 family & friends attending & requiring up to 8 suppliers to source
- £995 with a date in 2021
- £1,195 with a date in 2022 & 2023
Our OWL package – is for those who wish a large gathering of more than 80 & requiring up to 10 suppliers to source
- £1,195 with a date in 2021
- £1,395 with a date in 2022 & 2023
Add-on Extras to Each Package Above
- Source additional suppliers at £75 each
- Maintain your guest RSVPs & dietary requirements from £75 (based on up to 80 guests)
- Organise guest pick-ups & transfers to their overnight accommodation from £125 (based on up to 30 guests)
Full-day Wedding Co-ordination at £395
Should you be happy planning your own wedding but require a professional to bring all the details together, then we shall:
- Meet with you 6-weeks prior to finalise the details of your occasion
- Contact your suppliers, to confirm their arrival time & what each needs at the venue
- Create a Wedding Guide, Schedule & Contacts List
- Run a ceremony rehearsal of the choreography for the bridal party
- Co-ordinate proceedings of your day on-site over a 10-hour period
- Offer a personal welcome, looking after you & your guests
PLEASE NOTE all our fees above are based on a wedding venue in Ayrshire. Sarah’s Creative Occasions can offer services for venues further afield, for an extra charge.
